For Custom orders:

A retainer of 50% is due at time of order placement. Balance is due in full ONE WEEK BEFORE delivery or pick up.

If an order is not picked up on the day of delivery or delivery is denied, the client is responsible for the remaining balance.  I will make every attempt to contact the client in the event of a missed pickup date or denied delivery. Please notedelivery time is final as per the time confirmed on the contract. Changes to delivery must be confirmed no later than 1 week before the event.

In the event of cancellation:

  1. All requests for cancellation must be made in writing(via email).

  2. If a cancellation is received, the deposit will not be refundable.

  3. If a cancellation is received less than two weeks prior to the confirmed delivery/pick up date, the full deposit will not be refunded and the balance amount of your order will be due in full as well .

*Please note that when you confirm your order and pay your retainer, that date and the time is held for you.  This means that I can not take an order for that date and time because I limit the number of cakes I make per week in order to be able to dedicate the time it would take to create your dream cake.  For this reason,  the retainer will not be refunded due to cancellation.
